Explanation of responses
- F1Share Units granted to the Reporting Person under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan on March 11, 2024 (3,435), March 10, 2025 (14,315) and March 16, 2026 (16,032). The Share Units granted in 2024 and 2025 will be earned and paid on a one-for-one basis in Company Common Shares depending on continued employment until the third anniversary of the date of grant.
