Explanation of responses
- F1The common stock sold includes (i) 1,959 shares which were part of an original grant of 5,877 restricted shares, (ii) 4,987 shares which were part of an original grant of 7,481 restricted shares, (iii) 15,000 shares which were part of an original grant of 15,000 restricted shares, and (iv) 2,587 shares which were part of an original grant of 2,587 restricted shares. Each of the aforementioned restricted shares was originally set to vest over a three-year period. After the end of fiscal 2017, the board amended the terms of the outstanding awards to immediately and all future awards would vest one-year after the date of grant. As a result of this amendment, all shares held at June 30, 2017 were fully-vested.
