Explanation of responses
- F1On 2/15/2017 the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported that a gift of 325 shares was made on 2/15/2017 from his directly owned shares when in fact the gift was made by the Family Limited Partnership, the shares of which are reported as indirectly owned. This amendment correctly reports the gift as being made by the Family Limited Partnership and increasing his direct ownership accordingly.
