Explanation of responses
- F1On September 16, 2015 the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported that a gift of 200 shares was made on August 15, 2015 from his directly owned shares when in fact the gift was made by the family trust the shares of which are reported as indirectly owned. This amendment correctly reports the gift as being made by the family trust, reflected its final ownership as zero and increasing his direct ownership accordingly.
