- F1Consists of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") representing a contingent right to receive shares of REIS common stock. The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments beginning February 6, 2019. Vested shares of common stock will be delivered to the reporting person promptly following each vesting date.
