Explanation of responses
- F1On May 18, 2015, a Form 4 to which this amendment relates was filed to report a purchase by the reporting person of 500 shares of common stock that did not in fact occur. The reporting person was told that the purchase occured when the funds to be used were in fact fraudulently diverted by the reporting person's broker for other uses. As of August 4, 2016, since there was in fact no purchase, the reporting person actually owned no shares of the issuer's common stock.
