Explanation of responses
- F1Represents the number of restricted stock units granted to the Reporting Person on March 1, 2016 as part of the Registrant's 2007 Stock Incentive Program. The restricted stock units vest upon the completion of the three-year period ending January 1, 2019 provided that the Reporting Person is an employee on such date. In the event that the services of the Reporting Person cease prior to the expiration of such three-year period, the restricted stock units will vest in accordance with the terms of the Reporting Person's employment agreement. Each restricted stock unit represents a right to receive one share of the registrant's common stock.
