- F1Represents a distribution of all AeroCentury Corp. shares held by JetFleet Holding Corp. ("JHC") in a dividend in kind to JetFleet Holding Corp. shareholders. Remaining 32 shares represent aggregate fractional shares for which JHC shareholders will receive cash in lieu of stock.
Remarks
On October 1, 2018, JetFleet Holding Corp. ("JHC") became a wholly-owned subsidiary of AeroCentury Corp. Prior to the acquisition, JHC declared a dividend of all of the AeroCentury Common Stock it owned to the JHC shareholders. Cash will be given in lieu of fractional shares, and as a result 32 whole shares will not be distributed.
