- F1Shares from Lonnie Smith & Cheryl Smith, Community Property, were transferred to Lonnie M Smith GRAT No. 11, dated 5/24/17, The Trust Company of Oxford, Trustee.
- F221,300 shares, which are held in The Smith Family Foundation, have been removed from the Reporting Persons aggregate holdings. The Reporting Person previously timely reported the gifting dispositions of the shares into the foundation and continued to show the shares as beneficially owned although they were no longer beneficially owned for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Reporting Person does not have any pecuniary interest in the shares held in The Smith Family Foundation, which qualifies under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
