Explanation of responses
- F1On October 28, 2013, the Issuer awarded 100,000 employee stock options to the Reporting Person in accordance with Rule 16b-3, which options vested in two annual installments on the first and second anniversary of the grant date. The transactions reported on this Form 4 represent the exercise and conversion of the 100,000 employee stock options exempted pursuant to Rule 16b-3.
