- F1On July 10, 2014, Mr. Dale was awarded 23,809 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") representing rights to receive shares of common stock of SLM Corporation (the "Company") to vest in one-third increments on July 10, 2015, 2016 and 2017. On July 10, 2016, 7,937 shares of such RSUs vested, of which 2,695 shares of the Company common stock were withheld to satisfy Mr. Dale's tax withholding obligations.
