Explanation of responses
- F1On January 26, 2016, the reporting person received certain stock options that were inadvertently granted effective as of that date. The January 26, 2016 option grants were rescinded and the options were granted on February 22, 2016.
- F2Stock options were granted at a value of $3.24 per share in connection with the reporting persons' election to receive a portion of his annual bonus in stock options.
