Explanation of responses
- F1On January 2, 2019, the Issuer entered into an agreement with Willing L. Biddle, the spouse of Catherine U. Biddle (the "Reporting Person"), whereby Mr. Biddle was granted a restricted stock award of 2,500 shares of Class A Common Stock that vests on January 2, 2028, pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Award Plan (the "Restricted Stock Award Plan").
- F2Of such shares, 22,500 are restricted shares, subject to vesting, issued to Mr. Biddle pursuant to the Restricted Award Plan.
