- F1On January 2, 2019, the Issuer entered into an agreement with Richard Grellier (the "Reporting Person") whereby the Reporting Person was granted a restricted stock award of 1,200 shares of Class A Common Stock that vests January 2, 2024, pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Award Plan (the "Restricted Stock Award Plan").
