- F1On October 10, 2018, the Katherine E. Bannon 2001 Revocable Trust dated 10/22/01 for the benefit of Katherine E. Bannon, Mr. Bannon's daughter (the "KEB Trust"), of which Mr. Bannon is co-trustee, distributed 500 shares of Class A Common Stock to the beneficiary of the trust.
