- F1On Form 4 filed 9/1/17, 342 shares acquired by the Reporting Person pursuant to Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase plan in Q1 2017 were added to the Reporting Person's indirect ownership holding, but should have been added to the Reporting Person's direct ownership holdings. This was corrected on this filing.
- F2The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $92.00 to $92.13, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to Euronet Worldwide, Inc., any security holder of Euronet Worldwide, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range referred herein.
