- F1On March 31, 2017, the reporting person was granted 461 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in lieu of cash compensation of $8,750.00 pursuant to Tactile Systems Technology, Inc.'s Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy. The RSUs are 100% immediately vested and may only be settled in shares of common stock on a one-for-one basis.
