- F1Represents shares of common stock surrendered by the Reporting Person to the Issuer to satisfy income tax obligations in connection with the vesting of 40,000 shares of the total 120,000 shares of performance-based restricted stock previously reported on Form 4 dated February 24, 2015. The 120,000 shares of performance-based restricted stock were earned based on the achievement of certain fiscal year 2015 financial objectives.
