Explanation of responses
- F1On 12/14/15, the reporting person made a bona-fide gift of 4,600 shares to the Catherine V. Mullins Revocable Trust, of which the reporting person's spouse is trustee, and the reporting person's spouse and the reporting person's son are beneficiaries. This gift was timely reported as a disposition on Form 4 filed on 12/15/2015. Although the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership, this amendment reflects the acquisition and indirect ownership of these shares as a result of the same gift.
