Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of common stock of Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. that were received by the Reporting Person from the Landon T. Clay 2016-2 Annuity Trust u/a dated January 14, 2016 (the "GRAT") in January 2018 in satisfaction of the annuity payment required by the terms of the GRAT. The Reporting Person transferred these shares of common stock pursuant to the terms of the Last Will of Landon T. Clay, which bequeaths to Mr. Landon T. Clay's spouse any annuity payments the Reporting Person receives from the GRAT.
