- F1Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of EGHT common stock.
- F2This award vests at the rate of one-fourth of such shares at May 22, 2018, one-fourth of such shares at May 22, 2019, one-fourth of such shares at May 22, 2020 and one-fourth of such shares at May 22, 2021.
- F3RSUs vest (1) 50% on May 22, 2019 and (2) 50% on May 22, 2020, in each case subject to performance of 8x8 common stock relative to the Russell 2000 Index during the period from grant date through the vesting date.
