Out of those 1,576,145 shares beneficially owned by IDFC, 75,977 were directly owned by IDFC, 1,475,268 shares were held by Auto Holdings Ltd., and 4,900 shares were held jointly by Juan Christian Klose Pieters and Margarita Klose.
