Explanation of responses
- F1The securities awarded on June 1, 2017 are in the form of Restricted Stock Units issued pursuant to the Forrester Research, Inc. Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan that entitle the reporting person, upon vesting, to receive one share of common stock per Restricted Stock Unit. The Restricted Stock Units will vest and convert into common stock in four equal and consecutive installments. The first tranche will vest on September 1, 2017, with an equal number of shares vesting on each of December 1, 2017 and March 1, 2018, and the balance of the shares vesting on June 1, 2018.
