Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with the spin-off of NOW Inc. on May 30, 2014, all outstanding NOV stock options, restricted stock awards and performance based equity awards held by continuing NOV employees, officers and directors, were adjusted to preserve the intrinsic value of such awards. The adjusted number of shares subject to such awards and the adjusted exercise price for any such options are reflected in this filing.
