Mr. DePalo has no legal obligation to fund Arjent Limited UK, but has continued to personally fund Arjent UK with his personal assets from 2005 through date. The 807,776 Shares herein are being transferred back to Mr. DePalo from the 1,944,444 Shares transferred on 09/16/2016 making the amount funded by Robert DePalo to Arjent UK $2,046,002.04.
