Explanation of responses

- F2The purpose of this amendment is to delete a line item previously included in the Form 4 report filed on February 4, 2015 and this transaction is not new or revised, but is being reported again to gain access to the filing system. 4,938 shares held in a joint tenant with right of survivorship account were inadvertently included in the reporting person's Form 4 report filed on February 4, 2015 in the reporting person's indirect ownership. These shares are removed as a line item with respect to the reporting person's indirect ownership in this amendment to correct the error.
