Explanation of responses
- F1On February 17, 2016, Reporting Person was awarded performance based restricted stock units (RSUs). On February 15, 2019, actual performance against goals was determined for the performance period of such award and the Reporting Person was awarded 22,945 RSUs. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one (1) share of Verisign common stock once vested. The RSUs vest in full on February 15, 2019.
