The purpose of this amendment is to correct the previously filed Form 4, which had indicated Mr. Zimmel sold his previously exercised non-qualified stock option grant of 2,622 on January 3, 2019 when he had actually held the shares (in a cash and hold transaction). The number of FactSet common shares owned as of January 3, 2019 should be 5,041. Table II in the original filing, submitted on January 4, 2019, is accurate and remains unchanged.
