F1Each unit of cash settled RSU is the economic equivalent of one share of FBL Financial Group, Inc. Class A Common Stock. On February 1, 2016, 20% of the reporting person's previously granted cash settled RSU's were vested and settled. For those cash settled RSU's that are performance based, the Stock Subcommittee of the Management Development and Compensation Committee previously confirmed the satisfaction of applicable performance goals. The units vest 20% on each of the first five anniversaries of the grant date. 20% of the units will be exercisable and expire on each vest date.
