- F1This Form 4 reports the exercise of options for 25,000 shares of common stock of SIGA Technologies, Inc. (the "Issuer") granted on October 30, 2008 and the related surrender to the Issuer of 14,756 shares of common stock of the Issuer by the Reporting Person in order to effect the option exercise. No shares of common stock of the Issuer were sold by the Reporting Person in a market transaction.
