Explanation of responses
- F1Options to purchase up to 300,000 shares of common stock of SIGA Technologies, Inc. (the "Issuer") were granted to the reporting person pursuant to a Stock Option Agreement, dated July 26, 2007, of which options to purchase 200,000 of such shares have vested.
- F2The 200,000 vested options were cash settled by mutual agreement of the reporting person and the Issuer. The reporting person received $84,000 as consideration for the surrender and cancellation of the vested options.
- F3Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") converts into one share of common stock of the Issuer on a one for one basis.
