Peninsula Capital Management, Inc. is the general partner and/or the investment manager of such investment funds and Scott Bedford is the President of Peninsula Capital Management, Inc.

John Lovoi and Scott Bedford serve as co-managing members of Peninsula - JVL Capital Advisors, LLC. JVL Advisors, LLC and Peninsula-JVL Capital Advisors, LLC each serve as the general partner of various investment funds.
