- F1The original Form 4, filed on December 26, 2018, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which inadvertently omitted the Reporting Person's indirect holdings of 2,382,371 shares of Class B Common Stock that he beneficially owns via the Howard S. Jonas 2017 Annuity Trust.
- F2These shares are held in trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's children. The Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee of the trust. Mr. Jonas disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares and does not exercise or share voting or dispositive power or investment control of these shares.
