- F1On March 11, 2014, the spouse of Mr. Henry J. Kloepper, a member of the Board of Directors or Gilla Inc. (the "Company"), was issued 100,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock from a shareholder of the Company in consideration of Mr. Kloepper's contributions to the successful completion of the Company's acquisition of Snoke Distribution Canada Ltd. on November 21, 2012.
