- F2The shares are owned directly by Hunt FS Holdings I LLC ("Hunt FSH I"), an indirect subsidiary of Hunt Companies, Inc. ("Hunt"). Hunt is owned and controlled by memebrs of the Hunt family and trusts for the benefit of the Hunt Family. Mr. Hunt may be deemed to share voting and investment power with respect to the shares of common stock owned directly by Hunt FSH I by virtue of being a member of the board of directors of Hunt and the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Investment Officer of Hunt. Mr. Hunt disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
