Explanation of responses
- F1On 7/13/17, trusts of which the Reporting Person is a co-trustee received pro rata distributions of shares of Class A Common Stock from limited liability companies of which such trusts are members. Neither the Reporting Person nor the trusts were beneficial owners of the shares held by the limited liability companies prior to such distributions. Upon receipt, such shares were transferred by the trusts in repayment of notes owed to members of the Reporting Person's family.
