- F4653 of 3,268 RSUs granted on October 19, 2015 vest on each of October 19, 2016 and October 19, 2017 and 654 of these RSUs vest on each of October 19, 2018, October 19, 2019 and October 19, 2020, provided that the Reporting Person remains continuously employed by the Issuer through each applicable vesting date.
