Explanation of responses
- F1On May 1, 2015, Ms. Forster received an award of restricted stock units (RSUs) pursuant to the 2004 Stock Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest 25% annually beginning on May 1, 2016 and for each of the following three years concluding on May 1, 2019. Upon vesting, the RSUs convert into shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company on a one-for-one basis.
