- F1Directors of the Company receive stock and cash as compensation for their services to the Company. Director received an award of 4,544 common shares issued under the issuer's Second Amended and Restated 2011 Stock Incentive Plan for the stock portion of the annual retainer for the 2015-2016 board year. Directors also are entitled to elect to take up to 50% of their annual cash retainer in stock. Director has elected to receive 50% of his annual cash retain in stock which equates to 5,113 common shares.
